“I was recommended to Kim for grief work by a very reputable practitioner I have worked with for twenty years after my wife died unexpectedly from a suicide.  When I spoke to her on the phone, I was amazed that she picked up on a number of things right away and actually predicted something that happened before I even met with her.

Kim’s skills transcend the general descriptors of “medium” and “body work”.   During the early days, I sought answers regarding resolution and assurances from my wife on the other side.  While I got that, my purpose was not just to connect for weekly “communication” from my wife.  And Kim quickly started working on much deeper issues all rolled up with her intuition.

As I like to say, this kind of work is where “faith meets science” and Kim clearly embodies this.  Her intuition, medium-ship, counseling and vast experience working in different disciplines serves her extremely well.  She sees, she hears, she feels.  Her approach is multi-sensory as well as multi-disciplinary

In addition, Kim “walks the walk” doing her own work.  She brings a humility to her practice from doing that, bringing insights and making her clients feel comfortable as she is not talking down to people from “on high”.  While no one can walk in someone else’s shoes, Kim’s approach and experiences help create an environment where you feel empathy and a depth of understanding.  This is especially helpful when dealing with trauma, grief, etc.

Often we try to work through situations like mine with traditional psychotherapy and that can be helpful and ironically, Kim is a great listener and remembers EVERYTHING you tell her.  But she has taught (and is teaching me) that healing from the heart is more important than healing from the head.   

I would not be getting through this period of my life and continuing to heal and grow without her.  She has been my “go to” person and was one of the only places I felt safe at the height of a traumatic and grief stricken period in my life.
